Outside of the warranty period, CMA repairs selected interfaces and offers a special rate for sensor replacement. It is recommended to first contact your local dealer and report your problem, before you contact us directly. In many situations we can help to solve the problem, saving you shipping and repair costs.
Please check your package and contents on receipt.
Verify that all your ordered products are present and are functioning properly. If you find any mistakes or problems contact CMA within 2 weeks. Claims for damage during shipment must be made within 24 hours from the receipt of goods.
If you ordered CMA products from one of our dealers – contact them instead.
Most CMA products carry a 24-months limited warranty. During this period, we will repair or replace the item if there is a material defect or defects due to poor workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by abuse or improper use. In case of doubt, please contact CMA.
The purchase invoice (or copy thereof) serves as warranty proof.
